Through the Feldenkrais Method, the day will explore learning to move and walk with ease and enjoyment. It will include both indoor sessions and spending time outside in the beautiful landscape and coastline of Findhorn. The day will focus on the action of walking, bringing practical investigation into the function and awareness of how you walk in life and in Scottish landscapes.
Simone will use the stunning Findhorn Bay landscape for exercises which will focus on your balance, coordination, posture, rhythm and timing in walking. Feldenkrais has been used extensively for people who wish to improve their walking or running or helping with reducing back pain and other joint issues.
